Engineering Manager

Prinsco is growing—and we’re expanding the capacity and strength of our engineering team to match. We’re seeking a collaborative, forward-thinking Engineering Manager to help lead our efforts in becoming a national leader in Stormwater Management Solutions. This is a high-impact role that offers both strategic influence and hands-on leadership within a dynamic, values-driven organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Develop: Provide coaching, mentorship, and technical oversight to a growing team of engineers and design drafters, developing talent and ensuring excellence in execution.

• Drive Engineering Initiatives: Manage engineering programs that support Prinsco’s diverse product portfolio, from new product integration to continuous improvement.

• Oversee Projects: Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and milestones—ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Advance Team Capabilities: Champion process improvements and implement tools that enhance team efficiency and technical rigor.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering required. 5+ years of engineering management experience is required; 10+ years of total engineering leadership experience preferred.

• Licensure: Current PE license or eligibility preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD required; 3D design software experience preferred.

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 25% to support collaboration across manufacturing sites.
