Summary

 

The Regulatory and Clinical Research Management (RCRM) Graduate Program at Regis College is seeking an Adjunct Lecturer to develop a course entitled ‘Quality Systems & Risk Management’ in Fall 2025. The course will be taught in the 2026 term.

 

It is a 16-week online course with four synchronous sessions. Class begins either in Spring/Summer 2026 terms.

 

 

Responsibilities Include

 

  • Teach a graduate-level intensive Quality Systems & Risk Management course and engage with all responsibilities associated with graduate-level teaching the section, course syllabus and lecture materials preparation, assignments, exams and grading, virtual office hours, students’ engagement, and academic assessment.

 

Qualifications

Qualified Candidates Must Possess

 

  • An earned MS, or PhD, in Life Sciences (Pharma/Biotechnology), Medical Devices Technology, Engineering or Technical or related field, including at least seven (7) to ten (10) years of healthcare industry or governmental experience.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in Product Quality and Risk Management aligned to Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology and/or Medical Devices, or Product Development (R&D) functions in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated evidence of prior teaching experience at the graduate level – Preferred.
  • ASQ Certification - Preferred.
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive classroom learning environment in keeping with the University's commitment to inclusive excellence in a diverse educational community.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within the Regulatory and Clinical Research Management (RCRM) Program and graduate faculty to ensure consistency across the program.
  • Familiarity with the learning management system Moodle is preferred but not required.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

 

 

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

 

  • Work at a distance, home based. Normal office environment, not subject to extremes in noise, odors, etc. 
  • May spend extended periods at terminal, on telephone, or operating other office machines requiring eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity.

 

 

 

Compensation: $4,607.61 per course
