Our team is growing and looking for a Used Inventory Specialist. This specialist will play a key role in the vehicle inventory process by tracking and maintaining processes that ensure accurate management of our used vehicle inventory. This role will help facilitate wholesale sales, the acquisition of pre-owned inventory, ensure the prompt and accurate processing of trade vehicle payoffs and actively facilitate the acquisition of the vehicle titles.
Additionally this specialist will post all wholesales into the general ledger, ensure payments are received within 30 days of sale, reassign and release titles to vendors, guarantee the payoffs of all trades are processed within 10 days of sale per state guidelines and review and process any used vehicle purchase within 1 day of being received in accounting.
