- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Teaching Certification, Human Resources/Business or Communications
- Minimum two years’ experience as a teacher or trainer, including program development, design, delivery, and assessments to adult learners
- Must maintain agency-required certifications
- Valid Alabama driver's license and must be insurable through the agency’s insurance carrier
- Must be cleared through the Dept. of Human Resources Child Abuse & Neglect Registry as well as the ABI/FBI and pass all required pre-employment and background screening
