Education/Credentials
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT or PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
Skills/Experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- 5 years minimum experience in an integrated care setting
- 5 years since fully licensed to practice preferred
- Training in behavioral medicine and health psychology
- Experience working with EHRs
- Experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge and experience with chronic medical conditions
- Knowledge and experience with chronic mental health conditions
- Knowledge and comfort with diagnostic assessments
- Knowledge and experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Problem and Solutions-focused treatments
- Training in substance abuse identification and treatment
- Knowledge of basic psychopharmacology
Work Environment: Standard office setting with extended periods at workstation and periodic use of office equipment.
Position Type and Work Schedule: Full time position, typical hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
