- 3–5+ years of experience in media sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Strategic thinker and effective leader, ideally with at least 2 years of experience in a channel sales environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the digital media landscape, with expertise in OTT (Over-The-Top) and digital video platforms.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to follow through on tasks and commitments.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn, thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving media and technology environment.
- Exceptional customer focus, with the ability to quickly build trust, foster strong relationships, and communicate effectively.
- Experience in selling advertising at both national and local levels is a significant advantage.
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary of $92,000-$100,000 in addition to a lucrative commission plan that can bring potential earnings up to $110,000-$125,000 (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).
