WHO YOU ARE

The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of channel partnerships.  As a partnership manager, you'll be the go-to person for our channel sales partner(s) and their key liaison to maximize our partnerships.  You’ll lead the customization of partners’ sales efforts and match it with deep product knowledge to give channel sales partners the critical advantage needed in customer interactions.  Knowledge of local digital and traditional sales efforts, relevant digital video industry trends, and a proven ability to close advertising campaigns by fostering reseller relationships will be vital for success.   

 

  • Support partner sales efforts through in-person meetings, phone calls, or video conferences.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify sales opportunities and design programs to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales pipeline data and track revenue performance and trends.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Actively gather feedback and implement solutions to strengthen business partnerships.
  • Take full responsibility for achieving revenue targets for assigned partners.
  • Oversee and coordinate internal resources to ensure the successful fulfillment of partnership commitments.
  • Define and track relevant metrics and KPIs to measure partner performance effectively.
  • Work closely with planning, insights, operations, and marketing teams to create marketing materials and sales strategies.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of product offerings, pricing, and packaging.
  • Lead the sales and customer retention processes from start to finish.
  • Focus on developing new business opportunities to benefit channel partners.
  • Ability to travel 10%~20% 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • 3–5+ years of experience in media sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strategic thinker and effective leader, ideally with at least 2 years of experience in a channel sales environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the digital media landscape, with expertise in OTT (Over-The-Top) and digital video platforms.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to follow through on tasks and commitments.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn, thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving media and technology environment.
  • Exceptional customer focus, with the ability to quickly build trust, foster strong relationships, and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in selling advertising at both national and local levels is a significant advantage.

 

Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary of $92,000-$100,000 in addition to a lucrative commission plan that can bring potential earnings up to $110,000-$125,000 (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).
