- 1–3 years of experience in digital ad operations, campaign management, or programmatic activation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ad servers such as FreeWheel and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
- Trading experience within with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Beeswax, Amazon DSP, or other programmatic buying platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of trafficking, pixels/tags, VAST/VPAID creatives, and reporting metrics.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Able to translate technical details into clear client-facing updates.
- Experience with video or CTV campaign management.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Knowledge of industry standards (IAB specs, ad verification, viewability, brand safety).
- Experienced working with an offshore team, delegating work and monitoring deliverables.
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary of $65,000-$75,000 (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).
