If you enjoy working a unique job, with a retail team dedicated to Goodwill’s mission, Goodwill of the Heartland is looking for a Store Manager for our Clinton Store. This is a Full-Time position with a base salary and the potential for monthly commission and incentive based on store performance. The Store Manager position requires a high school diploma/GED and two years of leadership experience. Five years of full-time employment in production, manufacturing, logistics, and/or retail is preferred.
Our Store Manager ensures that our team excels in customer service, internally and externally, by modelling behavior, monitoring in-store processing and inventory, and optimizing the processing of donated items for in-store use. Â In addition, the Store Manager creates schedules for team members to ensure adequate coverage and to meet production needs, as well as ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cash controls on the cash register. This position will also handle store reporting, bank deposit, performance appraisals, training and developing their team, and other in-store documentation.Â
