Janitorial Supervisor – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Hours: M- F 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

Pay: $17 per hour

Description:

Intec is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams at multiple locations in Louisville, KY. This role requires leadership, organization, and the ability to communicate clearly with both staff and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise janitorial staff across different job sites
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to company standards
• Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance
• Maintain supply inventory and report needs
• Communicate with clients and management regarding service and staffing
• Perform inspections and quality control checks
• Assist with cleaning duties when necessary

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken required; written preferred)
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Previous supervisory or janitorial experience
• Ability to travel between locations in Louisville
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
