The Activities Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for our residents. This role promotes wellness, independence, and a sense of community through engaging programs tailored to residents' interests and abilities.

Develop and implement monthly activity calendars with diverse offerings (games, music, arts & crafts, fitness, outings, holiday events, etc.)

Coordinate and lead daily activities both on-site and in the community

Encourage resident participation and accommodate individual needs/preferences

Foster relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure personalized engagement

Supervise and schedule activity assistants and volunteers

Maintain documentation of attendance, participation, and program evaluations

Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies
