Position Overview: We urgently seek DC Power Assistant Technicians to support our Michigan market. The primary role is to assist Lead Technicians in various tasks related to DC power systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Maintenance:

    • Assist in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting DC power systems in various settings.
  • Equipment Inspection:

    • Conduct routine inspections of DC power equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Technical Support:

    • Provide technical support for clients and internal teams on DC power-related issues.
  • Testing and Diagnostics:

    • Perform testing and diagnostics on DC power systems to identify and resolve faults.
  • Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and service reports.
  • Safety Compliance:

    • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards, including all Company and OSHA standards for safety.
  • Customer Interaction:

    • Visit customer facilities to evaluate needs and develop solutions.
    • Exceed customer expectations through excellent service.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Develop a strong grasp of the features and capabilities of multiple product lines.
  • Travel:

    • Some travel is required to support various projects and customer needs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in DC power systems or a related field is a plus. 
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
  • Ability to obtain a DOT certification.
  • Clean driving record for insurability.
  • Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.
