SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Enhancements Operations Manager works directly with the Enhancements Department Manager and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the landscape enhancements division at Clean Scapes. This role focuses on the efficient planning, execution, and delivery of landscape enhancement projects, ensuring they meet the company’s standards for quality and client satisfaction. The manager will lead enhancements teams and work closely with clients, vendors, and internal departments to expand our services and uphold our reputation for excellence.

 

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management: Help direct and manage the full lifecycle of enhancement projects, from initial planning and design through to execution and follow-up.
  • Estimating and Design: Help execute planning, estimation, and design phases of enhancement projects, ensuring accurate and competitive project proposals.
  • Team Leadership: Support in leading, training, and motivating teams of enhancement specialists and contractors to achieve high performance and quality standards.
  • Client Interaction: Work with clients to understand their needs, make recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction with completed projects.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all enhancement projects meet or exceed client expectations and company standards.
  • Vendor Relations: Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to procure the best quality materials and services at cost-effective prices.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the services offered and processes used within the enhancements division.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 

  • Experience in commercial landscape industry is a plus, but we believe that people from a wide range of industries are a fit for and will be successful. Above all, we value excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, a service-oriented approach to work, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • While a degree is impressive, we recognize that what’s on paper doesn’t define you. Many of us have honed our craft at work rather than school. We’ll consider both as a foundation of talent.
