Position Overview
This is a dynamic, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role for a results driven marketer who can align brand vision with performance metrics and franchise success. As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the Body20 brand scales nationally while empowering franchise owners to thrive in their local markets.
In this role, you’ll build and refine scalable marketing systems that enable more than 60+ and growing studios to attract, convert, and retain members effectively. You’ll also develop and launch integrated, data-driven campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads, transform trials into loyal members, and strengthen long-term retention across the network.
Equally important, you’ll partner closely with franchise owners, serving as both coach and collaborator to help them execute high-impact, hyper-local marketing strategies that combine digital precision with grassroots creativity. Together, you’ll elevate the Body20 brand experience and drive consistent performance across every market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Growth Strategy
- Strengthen and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and member retention at scale.
- Position Body20 as the leader in EMS training, owning the conversation around this transformative fitness technology.
- Support national initiatives while helping studios adapt to local markets.
Campaign Creation & Execution
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (paid social, digital ads, email, SMS, content, local activation) that bring in leads and convert them to members.
- Create and refine scalable marketing systems and playbooks that franchisees can easily implement including local social media guidance, ad templates, offer structures, and event strategies.
- Work with designers, content creators, and agencies to deploy campaigns and assets ensuring they are on-brand and performance-driven.
Franchisee Partnership & Presentation
- Be the go-to marketing coach for franchise owners: help them understand and execute hyper-local digital and grassroots marketing that drives trial and membership.
- Present confidently to large groups of franchise owners in-person and via Zoom to share playbooks, educate on marketing best practices, and inspire execution.
Lifecycle Marketing, Social Media & Copywriting
- Own and optimize email and SMS marketing to nurture leads, convert trials, and increase retention across the network.
- Guide and elevate social media strategy for local and national presence, ensuring Body20 stands out as the modern, tech-forward EMS brand.
- Write and refine high-converting copy for ads, email, SMS, websites, and local campaigns.
Data & Optimization
- Monitor lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign ROI across the system; analyze data to make smart marketing decisions and continually improve results.
- Translate performance metrics into clear, actionable insights for both the corporate team and franchisees.
- Stay ahead of fitness marketing trends and EMS category positioning to keep Body20 competitive and innovative.
