You’ll work closely with data engineering, architecture, compliance, and product teams to deliver trusted, high-quality data that powers real-time payments, regulatory reporting, fraud detection, and customer insights.

You will be the bridge between technical and business stakeholders - ensuring that BillGO’s data assets not only meet compliance and security requirements but also unlock innovation and growth.

Why This Role Matters

Every payment, insight, and innovation at BillGO depends on the integrity, intelligence, and agility of our data. You will help shape the foundation that powers real-time payments, AI-driven decisioning, and trusted financial experiences. Your work ensures that every transaction — and every customer interaction — is backed by precise, compliant, and future-ready data.

What You’ll Do

  • Data Product Strategy & Ownership
    • Define and communicate the roadmap for BillGO’s data infrastructure, pipelines, and analytics tools.
    • Ensure data capabilities align with BillGO’s mission to deliver real-time, transparent payment experiences.
    • Identify new opportunities to leverage data for fraud prevention, customer insights, and operational efficiency.
  • Data Platform Development & Optimization
    • Drive the evolution of data-based payment solutions, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance.
    • Expand and optimize the payments network, delivering a seamless experience for users.
    • Utilize AI and automation to improve transaction success rates, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
  • Execution & Delivery
    • Manage the full product lifecycle of data platforms and data products, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
    • Translate regulatory, compliance, and customer needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams.
    • Prioritize initiatives that improve data reliability, scalability, latency, and governance.
    • Incorporate AI-driven innovation that enhances BillGO’s data capabilities including predictive insights and decision-making.
  • AI/ML, Security & Compliance
    • Integrate AI/ML-driven solutions to enhance payments, automation, fraud detection, and risk management.
    • Embed regulatory compliance and financial security best practices into every stage of data product design and delivery.
    • Strengthen fraud prevention, identity verification, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with engineering, architecture, and operations to ensure seamless integration of data solutions.
    • Work closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure data products meet financial regulations and security standards.
    • Support analytics, BI, and customer-facing teams with scalable data solutions and self-service tools.
  • Technical Understanding
    • Develop a deep understanding of BillGO’s payments ecosystem and the data flows that power it.
    • Stay ahead of emerging trends in real-time payments, AI/Machine Learning, data governance, and financial technology.
    • Evaluate third-party tools and technologies for potential integration into BillGO’s data stack.
    • Lead innovation efforts to enhance product capabilities, scalability, and adoption.

Qualifications

What You Bring
