POSITION SUMMARY

This position carries responsibility for both client success and revenue growth, including increasing payment volumes and expanding BillGO’s share of partner digital payments. This role is highly strategic: success is measured not just by maintaining relationships, but by driving incremental sales, account expansion, and profitability. 

 

AREA OF FOCUS

  • Revenue & Growth Leadership 
  • Own a portfolio of payment partners with accountability for net revenue growth. 
  • Develop and execute partner growth strategies that expand payment volumes (transaction count and dollar value). 
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating commercial terms to maximize BillGO’s share of interchange revenue. 
  • Sales Accountability 
  • Drive sales opportunities within existing partner accounts and through new partner introductions. 
  • Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets set by BillGO leadership. 
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to craft solutions aligned with partner needs. 
  • Relationship Management 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for executive stakeholders at partner organizations. 
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present performance results, strategic insights, and growth opportunities. 
  • Resolve escalations with urgency, ensuring high partner confidence and satisfaction. 
  • Market & Partner Insight
  • Maintain a deep understanding of partner business models, virtual card economics, and payment industry trends. 
  • Advocate for partner needs within BillGO to influence product direction and operational improvements. 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of escalation management, account management, partner management, or business development experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, virtual cards, and interchange economics (preferred).
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong problem-solving skills
