POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Director – Payment Clients will lead and grow BillGO’s relationships with key payment partners. Unlike traditional account management roles, this position carries responsibility for both client success and revenue growth, including increasing payment volumes and expanding BillGO’s share of partner digital payments. This role is highly strategic: success is measured not just by maintaining relationships, but by driving incremental sales, account expansion, and profitability.Â

- Revenue & Growth LeadershipÂ
- Own a portfolio of payment partners with accountability for net revenue growth.Â
- Develop and execute partner growth strategies that expand payment volumes (transaction count and dollar value).Â
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating commercial terms to maximize BillGO’s share of interchange revenue.Â
- Drive sales opportunities within existing partner accounts and through new partner introductions.Â
- Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets set by BillGO leadership.Â
- Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to craft solutions aligned with partner needs.Â
- Serve as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for executive stakeholders at partner organizations.Â
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present performance results, strategic insights, and growth opportunities.Â
- Resolve escalations with urgency, ensuring high partner confidence and satisfaction.Â
- Market & Partner InsightÂ
- Maintain a deep understanding of partner business models, virtual card economics, and payment industry trends.Â
- Advocate for partner needs within BillGO to influence product direction and operational improvements.Â
