Job Purpose:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and combine ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment.
- Monitor baking progress and adjust oven temperatures as needed.
- Decorate and present baked goods attractively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Additional Duties: Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to support store operations. Employees will be provided with proper training and protective equipment for any and all assigned tasks that require special handling.
