WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage & lead route team & the daily route schedules
- Access and identify business needs and conduct customer analysis to determine customer requirements, determine the impact of products/services on customer, and identify which products, services and features to promote to current customers
- Understand the customers business and align account strategies to customer goals
- Accountability for individual success within a team environment Innate ability to seek out new ideas, exhibit initiative, and operate in a manner that is both creative and proactive
