WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, periodic weekend shift visits
- Hiring, Lead training, follow-up, evaluations
- Planning & oversight of all daily menus and productions thru entire staff
- Planning and oversight of all Georges catered functions
- Provide IDS required training to all employees (Onboarding, Paycom, Harassment, Servsafe practices, and benefits)
- Ensure operation is kept clean and sanitized at all times, provide daily scheduled tasks to staff
- Ensure all State and County Health Dept requirements are maintained
- Adhere to Imperial and Georges Chicken Mission/Values
- Adhere to all contract obligations between client and Imperial
- Adhere to all Imperial policy and procedures
- Model client and corporate standards of conduct
- Have regular staff meetings
- Have regular client meetings to ensure the needs and wishes are being addressed
- Keep client informed of all needs
- Work through your staff to ensure the quality and timeliness of service in all areas to our client
- Work to ensure all reports requirements are completed on time
- Work with and around kitchen and cleaning chemicals, solutions and supplies
- Must realize and respond accordingly to special conditions conflicting with your normal work schedule and expected vacation time to ensure café and client needs are met
