CUSTOMER RELATIONS & SALES MANAGER | CRS MGR

Responsible for leading sales operations across JR Manufacturing locations (Ohio, Tennessee, and Mexico) with a focus on customer communication for new programs, cost adjustments, and negotiations. This role drives sales growth, manages customer relationships, and ensures alignment between client needs and company capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary customer contact for new program launches, cost adjustments, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Manage and guide sales team performance and professional development.
• Track and report sales performance and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in sales management, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
