Technical Outcomes
- (Immediate and Ongoing) Will contribute to our overall weekend IMAG experience by overseeing all live video elements and operations for our weekend services including: Video Directing/switching, Camera shading, live stream recording, presentation slides.
- (First 6 months) Will develop a baseline understanding of our video systems in the auditorium including but not limited to: Ross Video, Blackmagic, Ikegami, ProPresenter, Apple, Resi, H.264 recording, AJA KiPro, SDI/Fiber pathways.
- (First 3 months) Will become familiar with all video and presentation systems on campus in order to train ministry volunteers, maintain gear, and operate when needed. Including: the auditorium, chapel, students/kids building, canyons building.
- (First 3 months) Will steward all campus video and projection gear and collaborate with the Production Director to create a new quarterly maintenance schedule.
- (First 6 months) Will design and execute an efficient scheduling process for all video team volunteers to allow for greater consistency and further development.
- (First 6 months and Ongoing) Will improve the quality of all Live video elements and operations campus wide. This includes but is not limited to: Modernizing our IMAG experience, refining our operating systems, developing a fresh “look and feel” for all Live Video.
Leading Teams
- (Immediate & Ongoing) This person will work with our current production/worship staff in developing a “One Team” culture. Together, we will live out our shared values with volunteers on both teams.
- (First 3 months This person will develop volunteers’ technical skills and help them grow spiritually, relationally, and as a disciple maker. He/she will partner with the Weekend Experience Team to creatively plan and execute 3 “TEAM NIGHTS” a year, as well as 4 quarterly video team specific trainings.
- (Immediate & Ongoing) Will support the video/presentation needs of multiple ministries across Canyon Ridge by partnering with the Production Director and Ministry Team Leaders to train and develop at least 1 production volunteer per ministry.
Disciple Making and Development
- (Immediate & ongoing) Will work consistently to help production volunteers find their way into a disciple-making movement by inviting all production team members to attend Discover Canyon Ridge, join or lead a group, and encourage one on one discipleship through studying the word together.
- (First 3 months & Ongoing) Will communicate values, encourage discipleship, and build personal relationships with production volunteers by connecting with at least one volunteer a week through face-to-face conversations, coffee meetings, phone calls, texts, or any other similar means.
- (Immediate and ongoing) Will maintain a posture of learning and show a desire to be coached and further developed as a person, a disciple-maker, and a Video Director. This is important as you continue to grow as a leader & a contributor to this team. You will be asked to attend and participate in each developmental opportunity (approx. 4x a year) offered to our staff teams.
