Qualifications
•    2+ years of supervisory experience in parking operations, hospitality, or facilities management
•    Strong organizational and multitasking skills across multiple sites
•    Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
•    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) for scheduling, reporting, and communication
•    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
•    Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
Preferred Skills
•    Experience with parking technology platforms (e.g., TIBA, Amano, Parkonect)
•    Familiarity with revenue variance analysis and operational documentation
•    Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
