- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado required
- A minimum of one-year experience working with the frail/elderly population required
- Experience with severe and persistent mental illness and personality disorders required
- Thorough working knowledge of the DSM-V/ICD-10 codes required
- Experience working in a non-restraint, person-centered environment required
- CACII preferred
- Experience and training in psychological assessments, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Substance Abuse, and trauma-informed counseling highly desired
- Experience charting in and electronic health record highly desired
