- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (required).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare data analysis, project monitoring, or quality/compliance reporting.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools; experience with EHR systems and SQL preferred.
- Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, compliance standards (HIPAA), regulatory frameworks and coding systems (ICD, CPT).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively across teams.
- Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- CHC, CPHQ, or similar certification preferred or willingness to obtain within two years.
