The Retailer Relationship Director will serve as the primary strategic and operational partner for one of PRN’s largest Canadian retail accounts, based in the Toronto area. This role will lead day-to-day management of in-store retail media networks, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and retailer personnel across merchandising, marketing, and retail media.

The Director will champion PRN’s media solutions, foster strong client relationships, and develop initiatives that drive measurable business results. By aligning with retailer objectives and leveraging shopper insights, this role will focus on maximizing revenue, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional value to both the retailer and PRN.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Serve as the primary operational and strategic liaison between PRN and assigned retailer partners, delivering tailored guidance, managing inquiries, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and shopper/retailer feedback to inform strategy, refine execution, and scale successful initiatives.
- Identify revenue-driving opportunities—including upselling and new advertising programs—and coordinate cross-departmental proposals.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and merchandising teams to coordinate and develop compelling media proposals, presentations, and customized campaigns.
- Utilize research and analysis to inform media strategies and stay ahead of retail media trends.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration across digital, content, media, and commerce functions to deliver integrated, omnichannel retail media solutions in-store.
- Adapt strategies and workflows based on evolving retail priorities and media formats, ensuring operational agility and client relevance.
