KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Grace Beginnings Academy Admissions Coordinator will oversee the process from first inquiry to first day of attendance for each child.
Prospective Families + Tours
- Schedule and provide tours for prospective families.
- Create materials and handouts to be given to families on tours.
- Plan events for prospective families and new families.
- Build systems for recruiting new families through marketing and promotional events.
Enrollment
- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming culture at Grace Beginnings Academy.
- Process paperwork in accepting students.
- Update and maintain student database with student/family information.
- Build a strong transition system from Admissions Coordinator to GBA Directors.
Data, Analytics + Systems
- Develop systems for tracking prospective, toured, and enrolled students.
- Develop systems to manage and communicate open spots throughout the school.
- Assist in tracking accurate data on inquiries, tours, enrollments, and the retention of students.
Grace Beginnings Academy Brand
- Assist in managing the website for a smooth inquiry to enrollment process.
- Communicate both within Grace Beginnings Academy and across departments on church staff as needed.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is an essential requirement of this position.
