Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and reliable performance history.
Additional Qualifications
- Business liability insurance is required.
- Experience with a metal brake required.
- Provide proof of current General Liability Insurance.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Minimum 1 year of professional window installation experience.
- Proven skill in glass replacement, measuring, capping, and installation.
- Must operate as a self-employed individual or registered business entity.
- Own a suitable truck and trailer, along with required tools and materials.
- Lead certification preferred (but not required).
- Comfortable using an iPad and CRM software (training provided).
Working Conditions
- Outdoor and indoor residential environments
- Physically demanding work including lifting and carrying heavy materials, working at heights, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
- Frequent travel required within the designated territories
- Exposure to various weather conditions
