Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and experienced 1099 Independent Contractor Window Installers to join our nationwide network. As a trusted installation partner, you will be responsible for the professional installation of vinyl windows in residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for self-employed contractors or small business owners seeking consistent work and competitive compensation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally install vinyl windows in residential properties according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
  • Ensure all installations meet local building codes and safety standards.
  • Safely remove and dispose of old windows and related debris.
  • Seal and insulate windows to ensure proper energy efficiency and weatherproofing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and reliable performance history.

Additional Qualifications

  • Business liability insurance is required.
  • Experience with a metal brake required.
  • Provide proof of current General Liability Insurance.
  • Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional window installation experience.
  • Proven skill in glass replacement, measuring, capping, and installation.
  • Must operate as a self-employed individual or registered business entity.
  • Own a suitable truck and trailer, along with required tools and materials.
  • Lead certification preferred (but not required).
  • Comfortable using an iPad and CRM software (training provided).

Working Conditions

  • Outdoor and indoor residential environments
  • Physically demanding work including lifting and carrying heavy materials, working at heights, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
  • Frequent travel required within the designated territories
  • Exposure to various weather conditions
