Our Service Advisors are the friendly faces and trusted voices of our dealership. They guide customers through their service experience—from understanding their needs to explaining recommended repairs—and help ensure every visit is smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the welcoming, professional first point of contact for our service customers.

• Listen carefully to customer concerns and help identify the best service solutions.

• Communicate clearly and honestly about repair needs, timelines, and costs.

• Work closely with technicians and other departments to keep customers informed.

• Provide accurate estimates and process payments at completion.

• Stay organized with scheduling, repair orders, and customer follow-up.

• Maintain our reputation for integrity, courtesy, and exceptional care.

What We Offer:

• Income potential of $4,000–$8,000 per month (commission-based, no cap on earnings)

Full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift

Service Advisor Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and the internet.
• Professional and personable demeanor.
• Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
