We are looking for an experienced, energetic, self-motivated, and reliable individual to join our sales team.
Position Summary:Â The Merchandiser partners with Sales Representatives and the Marketing Department to provide merchandising and customer service to accounts within an assigned territory. Â Â
Responsibilities:
- Maintains the call/merchandising schedule as planned by the Sales Representative.
- Build, disassemble, and maintain filled, impactful displays in all accounts serviced.
- Ensures that all accounts have fresh rotated product in all selling areas and pull any out-of-code product from the scheduled accounts per the WDI code sheet/return policy.
- Maintain updated signage graphics and promotional material in all scheduled accounts serviced.
- Provide excellent customer service, including meeting quality standards, and building relationships.
- Maintain merchandising stock and supplies in a neat and orderly condition per Company policy.
- Keep an updated Company van maintenance schedule, including Spotted Lantern Fly check, while keeping the vehicle clean and only updated material stocked for market use.
- Adjust to flexible hours to support promotions, holiday weekend merchandising, and possible workday overflow.
- Distributes Point of Connection Material (POCM) items to Sales Representatives and maintains POCM staging area in an organized manner.
- Completes daily territory relief sheets for the RSM that include tasks carried out along with account opportunities.
- Identify incremental opportunities during account visits and communicate these opportunities to the sales representatives and CSM.
- Complete training and continued learning on a timely basis.
- Assists the Sales Representatives & RSM with any additional market activities as assigned.
