Executes daily job duties provided by the Chef de Cuisine & Dining Room Manager. Duties will need a base knowledge of prepping, staging, and cooking. Â
- Maintain and practice all standards set by the Board of Health Â
- Cooking, prepping, & staging of all food products
- Hot and cold food execution experience needed Â
- Receive and put away deliveries when they arrive
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as requested or required
