The steward position revolves around mainly cleaning pots, pans, dishes, floors, walking refrigeration, and dry storage areas
- Washing pots, pans, and dishes, and cleaning floors throughout the kitchen. Â
- Organizing storerooms such as walk-in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas.Â
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
- Removes trash and places it into designated containers.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and products.
- Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
- Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned
