Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supporting facility operations in a regulated or high-consequence environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance and quality assurance practices.
- Familiarity with DOE regulations and laboratory operational standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and operational teams.
- Proficient in incident reporting, operational documentation, and readiness activities.
Desired Skills
- Experience working in or around DOE nuclear or high-security facilities.
- Knowledge of DOE Order 426.2 requirements and training systems.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical writing experience for procedures and policy documents.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple facilities and stakeholder groups.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Postgraduate coursework is a plus.
- This position may be subject to DOE Order 426.2, which requires personnel to meet qualification standards for nuclear facilities.
