Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides general administrative support to the HR Department. Assists department in carrying out various human resources projects.
- Aids in recruitment and onboarding of new talent for Jenson USA.
- Supports time and attendance management for all hourly Jenson USA employees.
- Develops, recommends, and coordinates activities, functions or programs designed to increase employee retention and satisfaction.
- Maintains electronic employee files.
- Completes and manages all HR related reporting requirements.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Other duties and special projects as the business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications
Â
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or another related field. A degree in progress meets this requirement.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
- Solid organizational and project management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Tech savvy skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
- Results oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate group presentations.
