Located in Riverside, we are an online retailer of all things bike – mountain, road, e-bike, you name it. Our product offering makes for a unique work environment as there isn’t a warehouse like ours in the area. Many of our team members are avid riders, and while it isn’t a requirement for the job, you just might end up on a bike. You can expect an easy-going, welcoming and flexible atmosphere with good people.

Our Outbound Team has the important role of filling our customers’ orders. The individual in this role must have ambition and a passion for ensuring that customers receive a superior, same-day shipping experience.

The Benefits
- Compensation: Starts at $17.00/hour, with quarterly assessments based on efficiency that can increase pay up to $21.00/hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Processes orders by picking, packing, manifesting, loading, unloading, cleaning and kitting.
- Meets or exceeds productivity standards for efficiency, accuracy and quality on a consistent basis.
- Completes other warehouse functions as needed that may include receiving and processing freight, putting stock away, down stocking, cycle counting, etc.
- Maintains all work areas, warehouse tools and supplies in an efficient and organized manner.
- Provides an environment of support and teamwork to achieve common goals for all Jenson USA departments.
- Abides by safety policies and regulations.
- Communicates effectively.
- Provides support and helps develop new procedures and processes related to the operations departments.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work well with others or individually.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or receiving environment is preferred but not required.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and inventory management software.
- A love for bikes or the outdoors is a plus.

Efficiency Program and Role Expectations
Following 90 days of employment, all warehouse team members (part-time, full-time, and temporary) are expected to reach a minimum average efficiency of at least 80%. Efficiency is defined as the ability to complete assigned tasks accurately within the time standards established for each activity while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Team members who do not reach 80% efficiency within 90 days or consistently fall below 80% throughout their employment, will be placed on a 30-day improvement plan, which includes one-on-one coaching and additional training. Failure to improve may lead to additional coaching, disciplinary action, or termination of employment.
