You’ll be our go-to expert for identifying complex issues across all systems (with a GMC focus), working closely with our service advisors and repair techs to create confident, accurate solutions for our customers.
This is an ideal position for an experienced A-Level or B+ Tech who:

Still loves diagnostics, drivability, and electrical systems.

Enjoys using advanced scan tools, logic, and data—not brute force.

May choose to assist with or oversee repairs (based on interest and ability) - pay will reflect the level of involvement.
What You’ll Do

Perform advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting work across all systems — electrical, engine, drivability, and computer networks.

Create clear, accurate repair plans and communicate findings with service advisors and techs.

Assist or guide other technicians on complex repairs when needed.

Keep up with GM training and the latest diagnostic technology.
