Job Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Completion of a State Approved Orientation for Child Care Providers with consistent daily implementation and support from the Director/Assistant Director.

- Proficient in classroom management using positive redirection, problem-solving, setting appropriate limits, and active listening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective parent communications and team collaboration.
