MOBILE RV CLASSROOM DRIVER

Definition and Primary Objective: Learning Grove has a mobile classroom, a RV, that provides parent-child sessions throughout the city that promote parents as their child’s first and most important teacher. The driver will be responsible for driving the RV to all the session locations and assisting parent education coordinator with set up and break down of materials. This is a low stress part-time position paid down time between sessions.

Primary Responsibilities and Tasks:

Responsibility #1
• Follow Learning Together (parent child playgroup sessions) schedule in several Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky communities
• Support parent education coordinator with set up and break down

Responsibility #2
• Basic RV maintenance; get gas and clean windows
• Complete weekly safety checks

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:

High School Diploma. Outstanding driving record. Experience driving RV, school bus, or large truck. Basic driver’s license needed; no CDL required.

Physical demands:

Able to lift 20 pounds
