Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (ANR) is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our marketing team!  The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing the marketing team to achieve business objectives.  Responsible for creating brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and increasing revenue through effective marketing initiatives.  The Marketing Manager will provide leadership and support in the development of the marketing services of the agency, and external contracted organizations.  The Marketing Manager will work on behalf of ANR and its clients to provide information to the community about the organization’s services, provide information to community organizations regarding services, and create relationships with external organizations as needed.

  • This position is full-time - 40 hours/week.
  • Monday – Friday/8:00AM-4:00PM
  • Once successfully trained, this position has hybrid capabilities.  Great for work/life balance!
  • Mileage reimbursement is available at the state set rate.
  • Company vehicles are provided if travel is needed.
  • Salary Range is between $50,000-$65,000

 

 Essential Functions of Job:

  • Oversee and implement daily workflow of the Marketing Department.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies; Create comprehensive marketing plans; Monitor and analyze marketing performance; Work closely with the Director and Team to ensure all goals and deadlines are met.
  • Team leadership: Manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering their development and providing guidance to maximize their potential; Oversee projects and give guidance to ensure timeliness and accuracy; Encourage a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the Marketing Department; Work closely with Director to balance workflow and productivity levels.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.  Utilize market insights and data analytics to refine marketing strategies and drive informed decision-making.  Complete and present to the Director reports on targets and goals outlined in marketing plans.
  • Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with Director and Marketing Team; Outline timelines, duties, and due dates for Marketing Team and Director.
  • Write materials and design the layout for informational and marketing materials.
  • Provide necessary support for assigned projects.
  • Manage internal branding and branding of clients.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the mission of ANR.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing. 
  • Preferred experience managing staff but not required.
  • Knowledge of marketing ability to present and speak on behalf of the agency and its clients.
  • Ability to write and implement marketing plans for programs or entire agencies.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to organize work, set priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure of tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Canva, WordPress, Hootsuite, Social Media Platforms, and Photoshop.
  • Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required.
  • Valid driver’s license and car insurance coverage verification.
