Alliance for Nonprofit Resources, (ANR) is currently seeking a full-time Grants and Funding Manager to join our growing team!  This person will be responsible for providing a variety of internal and external development activities to enhance the capacity of the agency and nonprofits in the community.  Assess organizational needs and will design and deploy various leadership and organizational development strategies, tools, and processes that facilitate improved organizational performance.  This position will work collaboratively with the agency management team or external organizational management to develop and deploy solutions.  Participates in both internal and external fundraising planning and achievement, while performing other duties as assigned.

 

  • Daylight, Monday-Friday
  • Full-time employees must work 40 hours/week

  • Travel mileage reimbursement is available at the state set rate, or we provide company vehicles for use
  • Salary range $50k-$65k

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Performs leadership development and capacity building activities with educational and community partners to other nonprofits through workshops and ongoing management consulting and support activities.  May develop and deliver educational workshops and related activities.
  • Provides grant writing and program development services to include identifying opportunities, completing and submitting grant and funding applications, completing required reports, and supporting grant writing for internal projects and contracted external organizations.
  • Build relationships with foundations and key community partners.
  • Assists with the creation and administration of new program development.
  • Provides support and management services as needed for other organizations.
  • Aids in the ongoing monitoring of contracts awarded to ANR and its partner agencies.
  • Responsible for special projects as assigned (i.e. integrative planning, annual reports).
  • Build and maintain a database of potential grantors.
  • Participate in writing technical trainings.
  • Stay informed with the changing grants landscape and proposal guidelines.
  • Track and manage prospective grant deadlines and reporting deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned to fulfill the mission of the agency.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Three to five years of work experience in technical writing, grant writing/fundraising, and nonprofit experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work collectively with others.
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance.
  • Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required.  EOE/ADA
