Job Title: Sales Development Representative - CBUSA
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 + potential bonus opportunity
Location: Omaha, NE (Hybrid)

The Job: 

CBUSA, a Buildertrend company, is looking for ambitious individuals to join our rapidly growing Sales Team as a Sales Development Representative. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, making outbound calls to potential builders, and setting up demos for our Business Development Representatives.

Successful Sales Development Representatives are competitive, motivated by results, and are passionate about sales and the solution we provide our clients. What You Will Do: 

  • Conduct 50 to 60 outbound calls daily to identify and engage with potential independent home builders.
  • Qualify leads based on our target criteria and determine their interest in CBUSA's offerings.
  • Set up appointments and demos for account executives to present our solutions to prospective builders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the sales process.

Who You Are and What You Need: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2 years of lead generation and/or sales experience.
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
