• Minimum 2 years Retail Banker experience/3 years of relevant experience at a bank or financial institution, and/or loan experience is required.
• BS Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Cash handling experience
• Customer service experience
• Must have working knowledge of applicable banking and compliance laws, and regulations. 
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.  Must be proficient with Navigator and Laser Pro/ Decision Pro or similar technology.  Must have knowledge of NADA appraisal system.  Must have strong data entry skills.
• Must possess exceptional time management skills and have the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize tasks and work initiative.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• High School Diploma Required
