In this role, you’ll dig into data, manage paid search campaigns, and test new innovative ideas that directly fuel business growth. You’ll collaborate alongside experienced marketers and gain hands-on experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics platforms—all while seeing the real-world impact your work has on our neighbors every day.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns: write ad copy, test keywords, adjust bids, and monitor performance.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Experiment with new ad creatives, audiences, and formats to drive performance.
- Stay current on digital advertising trends and propose creative ways to apply them.
- Collaborate with our web and content teams to ensure ad landing pages create exceptional experiences.
- Help build internal reports and dashboards that make results clear and actionable.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or similar platforms.
- Comfort working with data—especially in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Curiosity and analytical thinking: you love exploring numbers to find patterns and opportunities.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and deliver consistent results.
- A desire to grow your expertise in paid search and digital marketing strategy.
