Primary responsibilities will include:
Document Imaging & Records Management (Primary)
- Scan, index, and verify loan documents into the document management system (Director).
- Ensure all imaged documents are legible, properly categorized, and meet quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems and assist with audits and retrievals.
- Monitor imaging queues and resolve discrepancies or missing documentation.
- Collaborate with loan officers and Specialists to ensure complete and timely documentation.
Loan Servicing Support (Secondary)
- Assist with routine loan servicing tasks such as payment processing, account maintenance, and data entry.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding loan documentation and servicing status.
- Support the onboarding and payoff processes by ensuring all documents are properly archived.
- Assist Loan Operations Manager with special projects to support portfolio growth as assigned.

- Other duties as assigned.
