Location: Goodlettsville, TN (Remote Position)
Starting Pay: $14.00/hour +  Uncapped Bonus Potential Averaging $2500.00+ per month

What You’ll Do

  • Guide consumers through repayment options via inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.

  • Provide education on debt resolution while de-escalating stressful calls.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conduct skip tracing when needed.

  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment built on trust and mutual respect.

Your Path to Success

  • Training Schedule: Onsite training Monday-Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM).

  • Full-Time Remote: After successful completion of in-office training.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma required.

  • Experience: Call center experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required (includes hourly increase)

  • Skills:

    • Strong de-escalation and communication abilities.

    • Knowledge of FDCPA and state laws is a plus.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and multitasking.

    • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism.

  • Mindset: A commitment to treating consumers and teammates with dignity and respect (FFDR).
