About the Opportunity:
Exude Human Capital is seeking a contract recruiter to support a community-based hiring effort for an organization opening two new credit union locations in North Philadelphia. This engagement will focus on sourcing and screening candidates for three frontline customer service roles (totaling eight hires), all of which require Spanish fluency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, have strong community ties and/or awareness of the Philadelphia talent market, and have prior experience recruiting for customer-facing roles. The ability to accurately assess Spanish language proficiency in candidates is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 60-minute intake call with client stakeholders to confirm hiring profiles and recruitment process.
- Source candidates for 3 customer-facing roles (totaling 8 hires), including posting jobs and outreach.
- Partner with North Philadelphia-based community organizations and traditional job boards to attract a diverse slate of candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone screens to determine candidate fit and Spanish fluency where required.
- Present qualified candidates to the hiring team and support structured interview processes.
- Support communications with candidates.
- Keep applicant tracking system updated and ensure proper candidate dispositioning.
