What You Will Do

  • Lead daily workflow to meet production goals, communicate priorities, and report deviations to the Production Supervisor.
  • Ensure team understands customer specifications and quality standards; address quality concerns promptly.
  • Actively participate in daily operations, support production tasks, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Train new employees thoroughly and foster a positive, team-oriented environment with fair and consistent leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and supervisors, providing feedback, resolving basic concerns, and escalating complex issues.
  • Recommend improvements in policies, processes, and quality; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Recognize employee contributions, motivate the team, and assist in performance reviews and customer tours.
  • Follow all company policies, including safety and confidentiality, and properly use tools, equipment, and PPE.

     

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • You have 3–5 years of leadership experience or have completed a leadership program.
  • You bring 3–5 years of painting or related production experience (preferred).
  • You excel at multitasking and managing priorities.
  • You understand production and quality processes thoroughly.
  • You are self-directed and capable of working independently.
  • You possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • You handle sensitive or conflicting situations with high interpersonal skill.
