General Summary: As a Customer Relations Specialist, you’ll be the go-to contact for key customers, handling everything from order entry and acknowledgements to rush requests, pricing, quoting, and proactive follow-up. You’ll also collaborate with our internal teams — Scheduling, Production, Freight — to make sure customer orders flow smoothly and on time.
What You’ll Do:

Communicate daily with your assigned customers — providing updates, handling expedite requests, and answering order questions

Coordinate with internal CFS teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met

Review reports and stay in sync with Scheduling and Production to keep shipments accurate and on time

Ensure timely, accurate order entry to support smooth planning and production workflows
