You’ll manage our CMMS, coordinate work orders, and drive efficiency through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule preventative, predictive, and planned maintenance
• Coordinate daily workloads with Maintenance Managers and Leads
• Track equipment downtime, root cause analysis, MTBF, and MTTR
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on manpower, efficiency, trade utilization, and costs
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Inventory teams to ensure parts availability

Qualifications:

• Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance scheduling
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Work Environment:

• Office-based with occasional time on the manufacturing floor
• May require overtime and working under tight deadlines
