IHB Technician 3rd Shift High Performance

Crystal Finishing Systems located in the bustling town of Schofield, WI has an opportunity in our High Performance department as a In House Blend Technician. This 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday role plays a critical factor in our success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Direct workflow to meet daily production demands, reporting deviations to the Production Supervisor immediately.
• Ensure understanding of customer specifications and quality standards through effective communication with employees, addressing quality concerns promptly.
• Participate in daily activities and collaborate with staff to meet department goals, working as an IHB Lab Technician as needed.
• Provide thorough training for new employees and maintain positive working relationships, showing appreciation and consistency in treatment.
• Actively engage in policy development, process improvements, and provide recommendations for quality and cost reductions to the Production Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, efficiently using materials and supplies while following all company policies and safety protocols.

WHO YOU ARE

• Combination of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in leadership and participation or completion of leadership program preferred. Ability to lead a team environment a must.
• Previous paint mixing experience preferred. Normally acquired through three (3) to five (5) years of experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of production and quality processes required. 
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. High levels of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and/or conflicting situations.
